AppFolio has added the ability to send multiple lease term options at renewal time.

You can now prepare a renewal offer for your tenants that includes multiple term options — such as a 12-month term, 6-month term, etc. — in addition to a month-to-month option.

How It Works

Tenants can view all their renewal options in their online portal and sign the one they'd like to accept. This gives tenants flexibility while keeping the renewal process fully digital and trackable within AppFolio.
