AppFolio Mailing Service — Associations

Mailing Service allows you to send a variety of documents — including AppFolio association letter templates, statements, violation letters, and uploaded PDFs — to homeowners in Community Associations you manage.

Benefits

  • Track mail processing statuses, costs, and letter history
  • Eliminate the need to print, sort, and send mail in-house or with a third-party vendor

How to Sign Up

  1. 1From the Dashboard, select Communication, then click Letters
  2. 2At the top of the Letters page, click the "Sign up for Mailing Service" link in the banner
  3. 3On the signup page, review benefits, features, and pricing
  4. 4Click the blue Sign Up button in the Core Benefits section
  5. 5In the pop-up modal, review the information, sign with an authorized signature, and click Sign Up

Note: You must be a presidential user to sign up for Mailing Service. This feature is available to select customers with associations.

Once completed, you will have access to Mailing Service immediately.
